Shipping policy


We understand that getting your item to you as soon as possible is of importance to you.   

All orders placed on are subject to payment verification and security checks prior to processing. These checks are completed with the information provided on your order in-line with fraud prevention agencies. Orders higher in value, may be subject to additional checks where additional verification is requested.

Orders generally take 1-2 days to process and ship. This time can vary if your order requires further verification, has missing information or during busier times of the year.  

Orders are processed through Monday-Friday and Saturday until 11am. The below timescales take effect once your order has been processed and shipped. Orders placed before 12am GMT Monday-Friday will be processed on the same day providing all security checks are passed. 


Free express shipping on orders over £150

  • Free Standard UK Delivery. Delivered within 2 to 3 working days.
  • UK Next Day Delivery - £6. Delivered with 24 hours (next working day)
    All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail and UK Mail and are fully trackable. Please note Royal Mail/UK Mail will not deliver on Bank Holidays.

Please note during busy sale periods order processing may take slightly longer. Selecting the Standard service ensures that you will receive the goods within 2-3 working days. The standard service costs are FREE for UK and a signature may be required on receipt.  


  • Royal Mail / Parcelforce Worldwide: Europe & US Standard Delivery - £15 Delivered within 3-7 working days.  
  • EUROPE - DHL EXPRESS (1-3 working days) - £20
  • USA - DHL EXPRESS (1-3 working days) - £20
  • AUSTRALIA - DHL EXPRESS (2-3 working days) - £25 
  • REST OF THE WORLD - DHL EXPRESS (1-7 working days) - £25
  • International free delivery is applicable on all orders above £150 GBP/$170 EUR 172.

Delivery times can vary due to customs clearance which we have no liability or control over. Customers are advised to monitor their order tracking information and must notify us within 7 days from dispatch if there are any problems with the delivery. Any delivery problems or loss reported after the 7 days can no longer be investigated or compensated.  Please email: with your order number and delivery details to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.  

Store Credit/Discount Codes: Please note both store credits and discount codes cannot be used together in one transaction. Store credits will remain active for 6 months from issuing.   

Shipping fees:
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

Taxes and Duties: As the recipient, you will be responsible and liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping too. Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If the item gets returned to us as a result of unpaid duties, shipping charges and return fees of 15% will be deducted from the refund.

USA – All orders above US$800 will be subject to an import tax. For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department.

Australia – All orders above AUS$1000 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, please check with the Department of Home Affairs for further info.

New Zealand - All orders above NZD$60 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the goods in the parcel. You can get an estimate from the New Zealand Customs Service website.  

Brexit Information: From 1st Jan 2021 the UK is no longer in the EU and as a result, orders to the EU may be subject to additional local taxes and duties which are the responsibility of the customer.

Note: We do not ship to PO BOX addresses. If an order is placed for a delivery to a PO BOX address, we will reach out to you for an alternative. Shipping times may vary over busy periods and bank holidays.

In the event a return is made to us, shipping costs will not be refunded to you.
